Vocational Services

Skills Inc. is an accredited Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) and partners with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and other community agencies. We offer vocational services to persons with disabilities that are seeking employment. Our experienced and resourceful staff works with clients to identify their strengths, abilities, and interests to accomplish their goals.

Program Services

Community Based Assessment (CBA) Skills Inc. offers an opportunity for individuals to explore and test their work skills and abilities through a work assessment in a supportive, integrated, and competitive work environment

Job Placement Skills Inc. Job Development includes providing clients with a variety of tools that include guided job searches, contacting employers, resume development & review, scheduling and preparing for job interviews

Retention Services Skills Inc. provides individual support, coaching, and advocacy to provide a mutually beneficial employment transition

Internships: Skills Inc. offers internship opportunities throughout our facilities. We work with a number of community partners to provide internships for either school or program credit. We also support internships through DVR which require the client to be enrolled in, or have received, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
